Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control

I started using Truly Nolan a few years ago because we began having ants in the kitchen that were traveling from our yard and a large nearby tree. Since I also nurture Monarchs in my backyard, there is a fine balance between pest control and saving the butterflies. My technician, Raul, understands this and is always careful when attending to our exterior. The recent period of heavy rains in Miami made ants seek shelter back in my kitchen again. One call to Truly Nolan had Raul back out to address the issue. Raul listened to my description of the problem and took the necessary steps to fix it. My Monarchs are still thriving but he has made it clear to the ants that their place is outside. Raul has always been courteous, professional, prompt and thorough. He texts me the day of or the day before service to give me his ETA so I can plan my day. I couldn't be happier with his service or the products he uses. Since bugs are a natural part of living in South Florida, I expect to continue using Truly Nolan for my quarterly pest control.

I was in a situation where I needed service fast and the provider for my area franchise was swarmed, so they sent another guy from another area to do the job... I'm so happy for the mistake because this guy really put in so much effort that I wanted him to return to complete the job. I literally waited a week foe him to come back. I know termites are important, but what's the use of having someone treat your house if they aren't gonna give there best. He went in all the attics and crawl spaces below the house and took the time to cover all the exposed wood. I can never be happier. He cared so much that I gave him a TIP, which he refused over and over and would not take it.. I can't believe people are this nice these days. My family and I had a termite infestation. I called Truly Nolen, spoke with a gentleman named Craig who quickly took my information down and scheduled a technician. The technician Jared called thirty minutes before arrival, showed up on time, and upon arrival inspected everything, listened attentively, and took action. He eradicated the termites! Problem gone. Amazing customer service and professionalism, truly recommend to others. This is the best branch of Truly Nolen I've ever dealt with.
